No arbitrary cut-off times for deposits. At Pinnacle, we do not have a cut-off time that you must meet in order to have the deposit post to your account on the same day. We post all deposits to accounts on the same day the deposits are made. You do not have to rush to meet a mid day cut-off time to keep your deposit from carrying over to the next business day. You can make a deposit at any time our offices are open and have the funds appear in your account on the same day.

No nuisance fees. Many institutions now charge for everything from using your ATM card to coming in the office to make a deposit. At Pinnacle, we are focused on providing value - not on charging nuisance fees. |
| Inconsistent statement dates |
Timely account reconcilement information. We mail statements the day following the statement cut-off date. The only exception is a consolidated statement with Raymond James investment account information, which takes an extra two-three days. Reconcilement information is also available online whenever you want it. |
| Too much paper |
Combined banking and brokerage account statements. Just tell us which accounts you want consolidated into one statement, and we'll give you everything in one mailing, including Raymond James investment accounts serviced through Pinnacle Asset Management. |
| Wire Transfer Worries |
Online account information. We update our systems with current transactions, which few financial institutions do. When your wire arrives, we memo post it to your account so you can see it immediately by using online banking. |
