FDIC Coverage If you currently have accounts at any combination of Bank of the South, PrimeTrust Bank, and/or Pinnacle, your accounts will no longer be insured separately. The balances in your accounts will be combined to determine your overall coverage. You will have duplicate coverage until August 29, 2008, which is six months from the anticipated date of the merger. Please contact your financial advisor to discuss your options for obtaining the maximum insurance coverage available. If you have certificates of deposit at more than one of the institutions, you will receive dual coverage until the maturity of the certificate or six months after the merger date, whichever occurs later.
